High-dynamic path interpolation : Servo amplifiers control belt and spindle axes for synchronized path motion. An L-shaped axis structure with carbon beam, belt drive, Linear motor axis, and a cross table with spindle axes allows the servo amplifiers to regulate high-precision Due to the many available travel-range, performance, and configuration options, this function is ideal for a wide variety of applications such as Pick & Place, AOI &X-Ray inspection, cutting, and assembly processes.
Servo amplifiers protect your equipment
Servo amplifiers also increase system longevity. When accelerating large masses, inertial forces can cause excessive peak loads on the mechanical system. The servo amplifier limits acceleration when a new target position is set, protecting components.
Additional monitoring and protection mechanisms safeguard the drive: if foreign objects cause mechanical resistance or overcurrent, the amplifier automatically reduces speed or shuts down the motor to prevent overheating.
High sampling frequencies provide dynamic control response and effective disturbance suppression.
Servo amplifiers as separate unit, PCB module, or compact drive
The control electronics can be installed either in an external servo amplifier or integrated directly into the servo motor as a Compact servo drive. Together, the amplifier and motor form a complete servo drive system.
