Rotary Table

Rotary tables are used in machine tools for machining operations, e.g. milling, drilling or grinding. During these tasks, additional forces act on the rotary table during machining. The requirements for accuracy and rigidity are therefore very high. In automation, rotary tables transport components. The table rotates in a synchronised manner and positions the assembly at a defined angle for a processing step. The assembly is then transported from the rotary table to the next process step. A high cycle frequency, i.e. a short switching time, is required here.

Torque motors in various sizes (peak torque 0.63 ... 490 Nm) are available as direct drives for our rotary tables. Various measuring systems, bearings, cable outlets, connectors, surfaces and matching servo amplifiers are available to realise a complete rotary table system.
Based on the modular principle, the modules can be combined optimally and quickly to create an application-specific, seamlessly integrated drive system. Customers quickly receive a customised complete solution without a cost-intensive development phase.
