A prototype proofs the fulfilment of the required specifications -regarding accuracy, dynamics, reliability, functionality and safety. Our customer profit from our single source solution principle when developing a prototype. All work packages to create a prototype are realized inhouse - from draft, design, functional model production via commissioning to software and servo amplifier development. If applicable, we use 3D printing to ensure a fast production process. Milled parts are designed inhouse as 3D CAD files and sent to our turn-mill centre to be manufactured. Our software developers are fast in adjusting servo amplifier firmwares and technology functions to the respective applications and the customer's requirements.
This enables us to create prototypes faster, more flexible and with low organisational expenses.
ATEX, UL, Functional Safety - we take care of the right certification for your drive solution. We offer various servo amplifiers with certified integrated safety functions such as Safe Torque Off (STO) to guarantee a safe operation. We continually expand our portfolio with new products and safety functions. Many products are further certified in accordance with standards pertaining to the machine's application.
Our quality management is certified by IBExU in accordance with the ATEX guideline as well as the DIN EN ISO/IEC 80079-34 standard, allowing our products to be operated in explosive environments. Our servo motor portfolio specifically developed for operation in explosive environments also conforms with the EN 60079-0 and EN 60079-1 standards.
If a customer requirement, we realize further certifications for the corresponding markets, e.g. through UL (Underwriters Laboratories).
