Testing accuracies
We create the parameter sets for our customers and use them for commissioning our positioning and motion systems at our site. All specifications are verified during the commissioning process to ensure that our solutions meet all customer requirements. We also adjust the servo amplifier's parameters to optimize the motion system. To ensure our customer's maximum application safety we test for the following parameters:
- Absolute, running, height, side accuracy
- Resolution
- Straightness
- Synchronization
- Positioning accuracy
- Reversibility error
- Angular error
- Repeatability
Commissioning boxes for positioning systems
We use commissioning boxes to simulate the customer application's ambient conditions. The boxes provide the following interfaces and functions.
- Emergency switch off
- Power and logic circuit supply
- DC link voltage switch
- Environment simulation (light barriers, pressure switches, ...)
- Operating condition simulation (system safety, maintenance intcycle etc.)
- CAN interface from test PC to servo amplifiers

To test our servo components we also developped special commissioning boxes.
The boxes provide the following interfaces
- CAN
- Limit switches including voltage supply
- Motor phases with PE
- Motor encoders
- Measuring system
- Brake connection
- Emergency switch off
