HRT-105-25 Precision Rotary Table

The HRT-105-25 rotary table is supplied as a fully wired, ready-to-connect unit complete with a direct-drive torque motor, precision rolling bearing and an incremental or absolute encoder of your choice. Its compact housing measures 120 mm in diameter and just 37 mm in height while delivering up to 6.6 Nm peak torque and 500 rpm maximum speed. 

A fixed 10 mm hollow shaft lets you route air lines, fibre optics or cables cleanly through the axis, reducing external drag chains and simplifying machine layouts. The modular design offers multiple bearing grades, fieldbus cards (EtherCAT, PROFINET, CANopen) and custom cable lengths, so integration into existing control architectures is straightforward. 

Typical use cases include high-speed pick-and-place heads, micro-dispensing stations, laser structuring platforms and precision inspection fixtures where zero backlash and sub-micron repeatability are critical.
