Each unit is delivered ready to integrate – including cables, matched servo motors, amplifiers, and all required components. Thanks to close cooperation with the axle manufacturer, customers benefit from combined mechanical and drive expertise, receiving a high-quality solution from a single source.
Linear-motor or air-bearing stages provide backlash-free travel over 50 to 2000 mm, with speeds up to 2 m/s and repeatability of ± 0,1 µm. Lightweight carbon-fibre options enable accelerations of up to 10 m/s². With straightness better than 2 µm per 500 mm and ISO Class 5 compatibility, these axes are ideal for cleanroom optics and high-throughput semiconductor systems.
