The linear axis is based on an iron-core linear motor. Equipped with precisely matched drive components (servomotor and servo amplifier), the axis is predestined for linear movements, which require high dynamics with high continuous forces. Various options, e.g. various field bus interfaces (EtherCAT, CANopen, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, RS232, RS485 or Ethernet), encoder types and cable lengths, are available.
