Description
The HRT-160-34 ships fully wired and ready to install. A direct-drive torque motor generates 34.1 Nm peak torque while sustaining 500 rpm, all within an 180 mm-diameter frame and only 55 mm in height. Its 42 mm hollow shaft routes vacuum lines, fibres or cables straight through the axis, keeping machine layouts clean and compact.
A reinforced bearing stack plus your choice of incremental or absolute encoder ensures vibration-free, sub-micron positioning under load. Like every HRT model, the stage supports plug-in EtherCAT, PROFINET and CANopen interface cards and pairs with ECOVARIO 414 / 415D servo amplifiers for seamless control integration.
Designed for large-optic alignment, precision tooling tables, high-speed laser processing and metrology axes, the HRT-160-34 offers the dynamic stiffness and accuracy demanded by advanced production lines.
