Description
The HRT-160-25 arrives fully wired and ready to connect. A direct-drive 21.4 Nm torque motor, precision cross-roller bearing and optional absolute encoder deliver backlash-free rotation up to 500 rpm in an 180 mm footprint. Its 42 mm hollow shaft routes vacuum lines, fibres or cables straight through the axis, while overall height stays at just 41 mm for tight Z-spaces.
Modular choices for bearings, encoders, cable exits and matched ECOVARIO 414 / 415D servo amplifiers simplify integration with EtherCAT, PROFINET or CANopen controllers. Typical uses include wafer handling, laser structuring platforms, CMM rotation axes and high-speed dispensing heads where dynamic mid-torque performance and sub-micron repeatability matter.
