JAT is UPOB member
UPOB is an association of users, developers and researchers in the field of ultra-precision surface processing.
The UPOB network focuses its work in four principle areas of surface treatment: mechanical/chemical, using ion/plasma beams, optical and related treatment processes as well as surface characterization. Especially in the optics sector, arbitrary surface processing, polishing error correction, optical coating processes and device development for the lithography of structures <100 nanometers have significant importance. The network enables JAT to systematically continue its expertise development in this areas.
