Built-in single-axis systems for dynamic and precise positioning. The single-axis systems have a freely selectable stroke and are delivered with cables, precisely matched drive components, such as servo motors and amplifiers. Thanks to the cooperation with the axle manufacturer, our customers benefit from the combined know-how and receive a high-quality solution from a single source.
For applications that demand pushing power with micron precision, our spindle axes provide up to 1000 N thrust while maintaining ±20 µm repeatability over strokes to 600 mm. Hardened ball screws and oversized guides keep vertical lifts stable; factory-tuned drive sets eliminate start-up tweaking. Options such as brakes, field-bus interfaces and multiple screw leads slot straight into multi-axis gantries.
