Overview
The ECOSPEED 80D53-0540 is a high performance servo motor in the ECOSPEED 80D series, designed according to the power based on speed principle. With an 80 mm flange, maximum DC link voltage of 560 V DC, maximum speed of 5500 rpm and peak torque up to 17.5 Nm, it combines high torque output with a compact footprint. The motor is built to IP65 protection class, supports operation on 325 V and 560 V DC links with ECOVARIO servo amplifiers, and offers high power density for applications where installation space and dynamic performance are both critical.

Optional integrated 3 Nm holding brake for axes that must hold position safely when power is removed, increasing motor length by about 51 mm and weight by about 0.7 kg. - Mechanical and cabling options:
Standard and shaft with key variants, optional gear and shaft seal ring IP54, plus M17 connector sets and pre assembled motor, motor or brake and encoder cables for ECOVARIO amplifiers, support reliable wiring and straightforward integration in industrial machines.
