The ECOSPEED 80B323-0710 ATEX is a rotary servo motor for potentially explosive gas atmospheres in Zones 1 and 2. It combines an 88 mm flange with 4.66 Nm peak torque and 2.32 Nm stall torque to provide high torque at low supply voltage. The motor is designed for a max DC link voltage of 60 V DC and reaches a maximum speed of 2000 rpm, which makes it suitable for low voltage Ex concepts and compact machines.
Certified according to ATEX II 2G Ex d IIB T4 and UL, it uses a flameproof enclosure type d and offers IP54 environmental protection. A built in multiturn absolute encoder with 13 bit singleturn and 12 bit multiturn resolution provides precise position feedback without homing after power loss, and trailing capable motor and encoder cables support use in dynamic cable chains.
