Handling ultra-heavy workpieces for inspection, welding or assembly often demands both precise vertical travel and continuous rotation. JAT's Manipulator with Rotary Table meets this need by pairing a high-capacity lifting axis with an unlimited-turn rotary axis. It moves loads up to 800 kg vertically at 1 m/s², then pivots them at 60 rpm while holding ±10 µm positional fidelity.
Engineers gain stable, micron-accurate orientation without cumbersome re-fixturing, shortening change-over times and boosting cell throughput.
