Our employee association, Antriebsgefährten e.V., continues to grow and now has over 30 dedicated members. In their free time, members are committed to sustainable projects and fostering a strong sense of community.
Current projects include, among others:
Chicken Paradise: Our flock enjoys species-appropriate husbandry with a self-developed automatic chicken door.
Bee-Friendly Grounds: JAT beekeepers care for bee colonies and produce around 100 jars of in-house honey each year.
We look forward to new ideas and active support – together, we can achieve more!
These activities, carried out voluntarily in members’ free time, not only contribute to decarbonization and the promotion of biodiversity, but also strengthen the sense of community within the company. In doing so, the association complements JAT's corporate initiatives for resource conservation and sustainable value creation.
