The final product, its quality level and its impact on the customer are largely dependent on a flawless production environment. ompared to conventional production processes, cleanroom production requires above all extraordinary environmental conditions. In addition, precisely timed processes, strict rules of conduct and the in-depth expertise of the technicians responsible are crucial. With discipline and a focus on specific customer requirements, the JAT Mechatronics team sets high standards - time and time again.

Cleanroom workstations: No room for compromise, no room for contamination.
At its headquarters in Jena, JAT has established a demand-oriented range of differently equipped cleanrooms and specific workstations. Production facilities are available in accordance with cleanroom classes 5 to 8 as per ISO 14644-1.
Accordingly, the compliant production and cleaning of drive products can be ensured here at all times, whereby it is not just the environment that makes the perfect result. JAT takes a holistic approach to precision and care: For example, the focus is already on adequate, solvent-stable and low-outgassing technology and material selection during the development of drive systems in the run-up to the cleanroom.
