Electro-mechanical tracking of the filling lance based on the current filling level
The separated capturing of the filling level and the filling lance’s momentary height allows for controlling the distance between them. Even irregular shaped vessels can be filled with a set distance, guaranteeing a uniform filling process.
The desired distance value as well as the filling speed can be adjusted at any time.
The fill level control is moved via positioning drives and can be used in many industries. Different filling methods are also no problem.
