Selection of available technology functions
Numerous technology functions are available for application-specific drive solutions. Specific functions of your drive can be implemented quickly in this manner. Furthermore, we can change, adapt or expand functions at any time.
For the realization of an electronic gear / an electrical shaft
The slave moves with high accuracy synchronously to the master drive or to the position specification of the superordinate control
Coupling via the master encoder input, servo amplifier internally (multi-axis) or CAN
Compensation of the force, which the motor must use for holding the weight of a stroke axis
The holding force can thus be neglected during a positioning

Status display when reaching a position area
A servo amplifier as gateway, which offers access to all devices connected via the CAN bus (e.g. further servo amplifiers)
Interfaces: serial or Ethernet
For positioning applications, where the drive path is not limited (e.g. rotational tables)
Relative movements can be carried out in an endless manner without overflow of the path measurement system
Winding with synchronisation of the spindle (winding axis) to the shifting drive
Position-dependent output trigger
For measuring tasks, which are carried out during movement and require position-dependent trigger signals
Output of the trigger signals independently of the switch-on state of the axis
Encoder inputs freely selectable

Applications: Driving straight on and along curves, velocity reduction due to loading and unloading while driving, etc.
Position encoder monitoring
Monitoring of an external position encoder with the help of the internal velocity encoder (motor encoder)
This makes it possible to monitor the axis with regard to mechanical defects
In velocity control applications, motors without encoder can be operated with the characteristics of a servo motor
Reduced hardware effort
Position detection in connection with very fast capture inputs (delay time 40 ns)
Trigger event can be used for the exact position determination
Output of sine signals via a suitable target object
Frequency, amplitude and offset can be parameterised
Displacement of the drive according to a table stored in the servo amplifier (allocation joystick voltage / displacement velocity)
For applications with long displacement paths, where the positioning only has to be very accurate in defined areas around the target position
Very precise measuring system only necessary in the area around the target position, a coarser resolution is sufficient in the other areas
