Linear axis systems
Built-in single-axis systems for dynamic and precise positioning. The single-axis systems have a freely selectable stroke and are delivered with cables, precisely matched drive components, such as servo motors and amplifiers. Thanks to the cooperation with the axle manufacturer, our customers benefit from the combined know-how and receive a high-quality solution from a single source.

- Base plate material selected according to the thermal expansion coefficient of the guide
- Linear motor axis with moving magnet principle (coil unit with measuring head is fixed and the magnetic track moves the slide with a measurement system)

- Height error per slide: ≤1 µm
- Lateral error per slide: ≤1 µm
- Max. height error of the slides to each other: 100 µm

The ready-to-connect precision axis system KR26 consists of a spindle axis and a precisely matched servo motor ECOSTEP 17H19 (+ holding brake as an option). JAT also has the appropriate servo amplifier in its portfolio (ECOVARIO 114(D) or ECOMiniDual). The steel base ensures a high rigidity of the system. The axis system is particularly suitable for movements where high precision is required. LA115

The LA115 is a linear motor with an ironless linear motor. Equipped with precisely matched drive components (servomotor and servo amplifier) the LA115 is predestined for linear movements of smaller masses, which require the highest precision and dynamics. Due to the ironless construction of the motor, the axis has an excellent synchronous operation. Various options, e.g. various field bus interfaces, encoder types, holding brake and cable lengths, are available.
